Ali Can Güler

Ali Can Güler obtained his bachelor`s degree from the Department of Physics at Ege University in Türkiye in 2015 and his master’s degree from the Department of Material Science and Engineering at the same university in 2017. He then pursued his Ph.D. in the field of Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic, between 2019 and 2024, where his research focused on the development of hybrid nanomaterials for photoanodes in photoelectrochemical water splitting. He also completed his doctoral internship at the Beránek Research Group at the Institute of Electrochemistry at Ulm University, Germany. In 2024, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Tomas Bata University in Zlín under the “Creativity, Intelligence and Talent for Zlín Region” grant competition. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in our group on the project titled “Design and Engineering of 3DOM OER/ORR Electrocatalysts for PV-Integrated Photo-Rechargeable Zinc-Air Batteries”.
