Maria Adamska has been a member of the Team of Photocatalysis, part of the Group of Coordination and Bioinorganic Physicochemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University, since 2024. In 2025, she defended her master’s thesis titled “Influence of the architecture of g-C3N4-based materials on their photocatalytic properties” and began her PhD studies at the Jagiellonian University Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences in the discipline of Chemistry. She is currently involved in the SONATA19 project, Nanoengineering of Active Sites in Carbon Nitride for Single-Atom Heterogeneous Photocatalysis, in which she investigates strategies to tailor carbon nitride photocatalysts by the controlled incorporation of single-atom active sites to enhance their photocatalytic performance.
