International cooperation

Throughout February, our research group had the pleasure of hosting two doctoral students (Vendula Meinhardova and Lada Dubnova) from the University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. Together, we embarked on a collaborative research journey exploring the mechanisms of heterojunction action. It was an enriching experience filled with insightful discussions and fruitful experiments. We’re grateful for the opportunity to exchange knowledge and expertise with our esteemed colleagues. Looking forward to future collaborations and discoveries!

Scientific cooperation

YOSHIDA Ken-ichi

We hosted Prof. Minoru MIZUHATA (Department of Chemical Science and Engineering, Kobe University), who gave a lecture on the synthesis of oxide systems and, in particular liquid phase deposition methods (electrolytic deposition). After the lecture, we spent time discussing the direction of research within the Opus 24 project, in which we cooperated with Prof. Mizuhata.

International cooperation

Chaiyasit Phawa’s one-year stay in our group has come to an end. It was a scientifically fruitful collaboration. We say goodbye and hope for further fruitful cooperation in the future.

We strengthen scientific cooperation

Kasidid Yaemsunthorn was a guest in the group of prof. Minoru Mizuhata from Kobe University. This visit will help to strengthen cooperation between our groups. Kasidid has already returned to Krakow with a lot of ideas for new research.

Scientific cooperation

We are establishing new cooperation with the University of Cologne. Dr. Tabari spent a week in the laboratories of Prof. Sanjay Mathur. Prof. Macyk gave a short presentation.

Intern in our group

Our group becomes more and more international. For three months we will host Ms. Hanna Braun from Germany. Hanna is a Ph.D. student at Ulm University, where she works in the group of Prof. Timo Jacob. She also collaborates with prof. Radim Beránek as part of the Solar-driven chemistry project.

Scientific cooperation

The scientific cooperation with Prof. Radim Beranek and his group reaches a new level – Paweł Mikrut spent three months in the Institute of Electrochemistry – Ulm University.
